We offer free 1st class shipping to anywhere in the UK. We eventually plan to add shipping to other countries, but not just yet. Sorry.
Orders are shipped within 1 working day of your payment being received, and you'll get an email to confirm once we've shipped your order.
In order to be able to offer free shipping, we use the Royal Mail 1st class standard service. This doesn't allow for tracking, so if you have any concerns over the whereabouts of your order, please contact us on email@example.com.
We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We will need proof of purchase, and the wallet must be in like-new condition. For more details, see our returns policy.
How do I find out about sales or promotions?
The best way to keep yourself in the loop is to sign up for our newsletter. You can do that at the bottom of this page if you haven't already. It'll mean you'll be first to hear about any new sales or promotions, as well as any new product launches.
Why do all your wallets have RFID protection?
RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification, which is a type of technology used in some credit/debit cards that allows 'contactless' payment.
While it's made card payment simpler and faster, it does have a potential problem.
Hackers have shown that it's possible to get information from your contactless cards using a handheld scanner.
Now I'll be honest, this is pretty rare. There isn't a hacker lurking at your local supermarket every day, waiting to 'scan' unsuspecting shoppers. That said, it does happen occasionally, and if you're one of the unlucky few targeted, it's going to seriously ruin your day.
Better safe than sorry, we say.
For the sake of your peace of mind, all our wallets at Reynard come with RFID blocking technology. It's not something you have to choose to pay extra for - it's just standard.
